Your daughter, if under 19, CAN enter the Fallsview Casino building and enjoy the non-gambling public areas, but can NOT enter the gaming area. So although your 18 year old will be allowed to sit in the bar area of any pub or restaurant in Ontario they won't be served. Your daughter, if under 19, can not enter Casino Niagara, as there are gaming opportunities throughout the building. LOL, lots of American High School Students and College Students (especially on the Eastern Seaboard) hear stories about the laid-back attitude of Quebec (La Belle Province) when it comes to social attitudes (Alchohol - Gambling - Sex & Strip Clubs etc) and just assume that it is true for all of Canada. the Age of Majority is 19 everywhere in Canada EXCEPT for the Provinces of Quebec, Manitoba and Alberta (those 3 and ONLY those 3 are 18 years old). Canada has 10 Provinces and 3 Territories. ![]() Government issued ID is required as proof of age. Herein might lie the confusion for your 18 year old.
